PRODUCTS         

The Proline aerobic wastewater treatment systems are currently certified to come in 6 different models.  (Just certified are two versions that fit the Del Zotto 1500 gallon form.  The 146" x  67" x 60" form, and the 147" x 68" x 60" form.  Drawings are available on request.)

The PL-500 750P - is an all in one unit consisting of three compartments.  
          A) pretreatment tank (septic tank) 
          B) aerobic chamber, and  
          C) 750 gallon pump tank

The PL-500 - is poured with the pre-treatment tank and the aerobic chamber together.  A pump tank is added to complete the system and is separate from the unit.  Most precasters will pour a pump tank that is 46" tall.  Since the pump tank the same height as the Proline system, it is possible to set the system in a single grade excavation.

The PL-500 2X - is a three compartment unit. The pre-treatment tank, aerobic tank and the pump tank are all poured separately.  Again, all the tanks will be 46" to allow you to set the tanks in an excavation without tiers.  (single grade)

The PL-750 - is a  750 gallon per day unit.  It is the same unit as any of the three listed above with a 16" ring to increase capacity and it uses 2 of the circulation pumps and assemblies.

They all work exactly alike.  The system you choose is determined by the size and lifting capabilities of the delivery truck.
